Com foco na análise de protocolos, o Instituto Eldorado possui um sistema de análise de protocolo IPv6 para produtos conectados à rede móvel, atendendo as tecnologias 3G e 4G.
Para os ensaios de protocolos IPv6, além dos ensaios definidos pela ANATEL, o Instituto Eldorado possui capacidade de avaliar diversos test cases definidos pelas normas internacionais.
