Case:

Through the Technical Assessment, we sought to assess the delivery capacity of the development team, the scalability of the product and the quality of the code. Improvement points were identified, classifying them according to severity, recommendations were proposed and follow-up meetings were held to elucidate these recommendations and guide the development team to achieve the desired improvement. At the end of the follow-up period, a new assessment was made to identify improvements regarding the first assessment.
